Workoutz.com (pronounced "workouts") is an online video resource that provides free exercise instruction.

Launched in August 2007, workoutz.com was created with the aim of becoming the premier source for workout video content. The website features hundreds of high definition fitness videos in categories that include aerobics, strength, yoga, sports conditioning, stretching, and more.

Users can download any exercise to their computer or personal digital assistant at no cost. Exercise programs are also available free of charge.

Company is owned by Leonard Fitness, Inc., a Nevada company with offices in Arizona.

Workoutz has put together several packages as a donation for the Fat Boy Biking Poker Run. The Poker Run will be in September with all the proceeds going to Dilworth Middle School.
